What if there was margin in your life
to rest and notice God?
Maybe the way you once prayed is not working anymore and you feel alone and God feels far away.
You might have grown up in the faith and that was good for a while. But now God feels far away and you feel alone and empty and dry.
Many times people enter into Spiritual Direction when they need help breaking through a wall in their faith.
And many times people enter into Spiritual Direction when they know there is more to be had in their prayer life they just don’t know how to get there.
Hi, I’m Kenda
I am a trained Spiritual Director through Selah-Anglican program in Leadership Transformation.
I also have Masters in Education from Baylor University, am a forever student of St. Paul’s House of Formation, and more importantly am an active member in my local parish.
Selah is a Christ-centered, contemplative Spiritual Direction training program that helps people notice where God is in our lives and what He is inviting them to do, both in action and in rest.
What is Spiritual Direction?
The gift of Spiritual Direction is a carved out time in your schedule to pause, to sit and rest in the myriad of overwhelm, uncertainty, and chaos. When you meet with a Spiritual Director, you are meeting with a friend who will be your companion on your faith journey no matter how high or how low you go.

Spiritual Direction is an ancient form of companionship in the Christian faith. A Spiritual Director is not a counselor, nor a priest, nor a coach. They are here to journey with you in your Christian faith helping you to notice where God may be in your life amongst the twists and turns of your own belief.
